オリジナルはドリーミングでメローなピアノを軸とした浮遊感のある楽曲でnitsuaの思い描く幻想的な世界観が凝縮された心地よい作品となっている。作中のフルートやピアノの演奏もnitsuaが担当している。
そんな世界観や曲の雰囲気に共鳴し、haruka nakamuraによるremixが実現。ギターのフレーズから始まり、同じコードを辿りつつもシンセやギター、ピアノなど様々な音が光り輝き、よりドラマチックに美しく展開していく作品となっており、nitsuaの持つ世界観がharuka nakamuraの持つ世界観と見事に融合した傑作となっている。
remixはアルバムへの収録はなく、7inchとデジタルでのリリースとなる。remixのジャケットもアルバム同様Saori Yamadaの書き下ろしとなります。
A remix of the lead single "slow light on a feather" by nitsua from her new album "soul of the sky" released last year will be released digitally and on a 7-inch record.
The 7-inch record will also include the original song that was released earlier.
The original is a dreamy, mellow piano-based floating song that is a comfortable piece that condenses the fantastic worldview imagined by nitsua. nitsua also plays the flute and piano in the work.
The remix by haruka nakamura was realized in response to this worldview and the atmosphere of the song. It starts with a guitar phrase, and while following the same chords, various sounds such as synths, guitars, and pianos shine, developing more dramatically and beautifully, making it a masterpiece that perfectly fuses nitsua's worldview with haruka nakamura's worldview.
The remix will not be included in the album, but will be released on a 7-inch record and digital record. The jacket for the remix will also be a new work by Saori Yamada, just like the album.

nitsua は、米国カリフォルニア州出身のヒップホップ/ニュージャズのプロデューサーです。以前は、Nujabes が設立したヒップホップ レーベル Hydeout Productions と契約していました。nitsua は 2010 年に自身のレコード レーベル「visioneternal」を設立し、自身の音楽制作と他者へのプロデュースを続けています。
nitsua は、トリビュート アルバム「Modal Soul Classics II」に収録されている「Lost In Translation」や「No One Like You」で知られているかもしれません。nitsua と Nujabes の関係はこれだけのように思えますが、彼らの関係は Myspace が全盛だった 2007 年にまで遡ります。それ以来、nitsua は自身のレーベルを立ち上げ、複数のアーティストとコラボレーションし、絶えず音楽を作り続けています。
nitsua のデビュー アルバム「dayscape」は、2015 年に rockwell production shop からリリースされました。 2019年にリリースされた続編アルバム「Safety In The Sun」には、Apollo Bebop、reciteall、Substantialなどのアーティストが参加。このアルバムに続いて、同年後半にリリースされたセカンドアルバム「Safety In The Moon」は、より穏やかで柔らかいトーンの補完アルバムとして意図された。
